Delivery and Postage for Domestic Orders
No extra charges for standard delivery to rural parts of Australia through Emedpost. They offer one of the fastest and cheapest delivery services in the country.
Domestic orders can be sent to you from anywhere in Australia. You will be able to choose to have your package left without being signed for, except for packages containing prescription drugs like Modafinil 200mg. For your safety, you will always need a signature upon receiving in this case.
Make sure that when you check out, you either choose to have your package left unchecked or enter a place where someone will be available during business hours to accept and sign for your package (a workplace is always a safe choice).
As soon as your item is sent, we’ll give you a tracking number and website link so you can check on its progress online.
Because some big orders may need to be sent in more than one box, you may get your whole order at different times.

Please allow 4–12 business days for your order to be sent back to you by Australia Post. It depends on where in Australia you live. To see when your package will arrive based on your area, Please pick an address where someone will be home to sign for the package when it gets there. You can send orders to both business addresses and PO boxes.
Based on the weight of your order, the cost of delivery will be determined. Please look at the table below to get an idea of how much delivery might cost you.

Express Delivery in Australia
Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the time we receive your order until Australia Post delivers it back to you, based on where you live in Australia. Allow one to two business days for your package to get to you in Metro areas from the time we receive your order. An order can be sent to a PO Box or a business address.
When you check out, you can switch from Standard delivery to Express service. Once you choose, the express postage fee will be found for you based on your order’s weight and the place where it needs to be sent. Please look at how much shipping costs are on the page where you check out.
Delivery for free
Free delivery offers are only valid for standard shipping services and can only be used once per order. They are valid for orders placed online, over the phone, or through the mail for single packages worth more than $149 that are sent to places in Australia.
Items Not in Stock
We try to make sure that all of our products are in stock at Emedpost. But if, for some reason, a particular item is sold out, we will call or email you to let you know. If we can’t get the product in a few days, we can either offer to swap it out for a different size, type, or item, or we will give you your money back. We do our best to get your package to you on time. Because of this, we will do our best to get in touch with you, and if we can’t, we will process your refund. You can put a thing on backorder if that’s what you want to do. To set this up, you need to email us at Support@emedpost.com or call us at xxx 201.
Acceptance of Goods
Because Emedpost cares about your privacy, we need a signature when prescription items are brought as proof that you have received the goods. Please make sure that the address you give is one where someone will be available to sign for the package between 8 am and 5 pm (Monday through Friday).
Someone will leave a card in the mailbox with your package if no one is home to sign for it. The package will then be left at the nearest Post Office for you to pick up.
If the package isn’t picked up within 7 days, it will be sent back to our office in QLD, and you may have to pay an extra postage fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been sent out from our warehouse, we’ll send you an automatic email with information on how to track your package. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for you when you place your order so that we can keep you informed about when it will arrive. You can always change your email address on our website by going to “My Account.”
Orders From Other Countries
Costs of shipping and handling for orders sent outside of the United States or United Kingdom vary. Use the Postage Calculator at checkout to find out how much delivery will cost.
Customs and Import Charges
You may have to pay import or customs charges depending on the value of your order and the place where it is going. These fees are set by the country where the package is going, and we have no control over them or the ability to predict what they will be. People who receive the package are responsible for paying any customs or import fees. The shipping fee does not cover these fees. If you need more information, please check with the customs service in your country.
There may be a delay in delivery if the package has to go through customs in the target country. All foreign orders might need to be signed for when they arrive.
Do we send them to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we do. Postage costs one flat rate.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING is a service that costs the same $19.99 no matter how much you buy or what kind of item you buy. It takes between 4 and 12 BUSINESS days to ship. On average, it takes between 8 and 12 business days. It’s a service that can be tracked.
